Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout. All orders are sent through Australia Post. Please note international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes once they reach your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Otherwise you can track your order directly through Australia Post by searching your tracking number on their official tracking page.

 

Delayed or Missing Orders

If you are within Australia and your order has not arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact me at humanevisionco@gmail.com with your name and order number and I will look into it for you.

For international orders, shipping times vary depending on location. If you believe your order is significantly delayed, reach out and I will help investigate.

 

Address Errors

Please double check your shipping details before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible so I can try to fix it before your package is sent.
