Refund & Exchange Policy

Please carefully review the refund and exchange policy:

Returns

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, I will happily accommodate your request if the size is still in stock. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item to Humane Vision and for the cost of having the item sent out again if a reshipment is needed.

Items being returned for an exchange must be in the same condition when it was sent, unworn, unwashed and without any stains/marks.

Refunds for Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact me at humanevisionco@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Parcel Locker 10264 13789, 400 Stafford road, Stafford QLD, 4053. (Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)

Eligible Refunds

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I've approved your return, please contact me at humanevisionco@gmail.com.
